Long Overdue Site Update

I'm taking a Yoga sabbatical from my day job during the month of January. This is finally allowing me the time to update the other portions of this site that had lots of stale content. I apologize for that. I've just updated the information in the Centers section with respect to the South Bay area. I'll be updating the Teachers section with respect to the South Bay area next.
