Mr. Iyengar will be coming to the United States to promote his newest book, "Light on Life" published by Rodale Press to be released Fall, 2005. Rodale Press is organizing Guruji's national promotional book tour which will commence at the Yoga Journal Conference, September 26-October 2, 2005 at Estes Park, Colorado.
Registration for this conference will open March 28th. If you would like to be notified when registration opens, or have a brochure sent to you, please register here. According to this announcement on the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States site, Guruji will also teach an Iyengar Yoga intensive prior to the main conference assisted by several other Senior Teachers.
Given the significant presence of Iyengar Yoga teachers/students in the San Francisco Bay Area, I fully expect San Francisco to be one of the stops on Guruji's book tour. I'll post more information about that as it becomes available.
